Principal Building Physics Engineer

Neil joined zero energy design (zed.) in January 2021 as a principal building physics engineer. As a level 5 low-carbon energy assessor, he oversees achieving Part L building compliance, reducing CO₂ emissions and implementing low- and zero-carbon technologies to achieve and exceed planning, BREEAM and compliance requirements. In addition to leading the ZED team, Neil adds value to our clients through his in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential compliance and his ability to create and use complex TM54 energy assessment models.

  • Is an on-construction domestic energy assessor (OCDEA)
