Jason Richards

Jason has more than three decades of experience as a building services engineer and sustainability consultant with considerable experience in the private and public sectors. He has a track record of working on new-build projects and refurbishing listed heritage buildings. His experience covers a wide range of sectors. He has delivered projects from £10,000 to £150,000,000 and has been the framework lead for several clients. Jason’s technical skills are complemented by his sustainability and energy insight, particularly on net-zero carbon developments and refurbishments. He sits on the Leeds Beckett University Think BIM steering committee and is a fellow of the Leeds Sustainability Institute.
