This year, we are proud to celebrate 25 years of engineering excellence, innovation and partnership at Silcock Leedham.

Founded in 2001 by Mike Silcock and Bill Leedham, the practice has remained true to its founding vision: delivering thoughtful sustainable design, technical expertise and an unwavering commitment to clients. Bill remains active within the business, with leadership having been handed over to Jason Richards, Group Managing Director, who also heads up Silcock Leedham’s sister company, zed.

Over the past quarter century, we have grown into an award-winning consultancy, with a diverse portfolio spanning education, healthcare, science and technology, heritage, manufacturing and sustainability. Our journey has been shaped by a dedication to quality and a passion for delivering solutions that stand the test of time.

In 2019, we joined the RSK family of companies, marking an exciting new chapter for Silcock Leedham. This strengthened our ability to deliver long-term, sustainable engineering solutions while supporting continued growth across the business.

Our achievements are a testament to our people – talented, creative and collaborative individuals who embrace every challenge with enthusiasm and ambition. Their commitment to sustainability, innovation and net-zero design continues to inspire the work we do and the future we are building.
